For an evening meal  you will find a good selection of pubs and restaurants  in Kirkby Stephen or surrounding villages offering a diverse selection of food,  with something to suit every taste. Stoneygill is situated on the A685 between Kirkby Stephen and Brough. Being just 5 minutes from the A66 and 15 minutes from the M6, we are ideally situated for the attractions of the Yorkshire Dales, with the stunning scenery of the Lake District less than one hour away. The surrounding area is popular with walkers and the market town of Kirkby Stephen is on the ‘Coast to Coast’ walk. 

 

The property has been extended to provide two extremely spacious guest bedrooms, room one has a super king bed, room two has twin beds. Both rooms benefit from spectacular views across open farmland to the fells beyond – enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the local wildlife including a variety of garden birds and pheasants. You may even be lucky enough to spot the family of deer who come to see us from time to time (binoculars provided).
